Uptown Blanco Ballroom
and other venues

Our Home the Ballroom

PLEASE NOTE: In these uncertain times for health and safety 2020-2021 concerts are scheduled to occur at a variety of venues. For directions to the Uptown Blanco Courtyard please see below. For directions to the Community Church of the Hills please scroll to the bottom of this page.

The historic mirrored Uptown Blanco Ballroom is home to the Blanco Performing Arts concert series. The venue is located on the west side of the courthouse square in Blanco, Texas. Upstairs at the former Masonic Lodge the ballroom is now part of Uptown Blanco Arts & Entertainment. Built in the 19th century this building has worn many hats, but this one is certainly the most musical. Remodeled to be an event venue in the 2008/2009, the bright ballroom features a beautiful wall of mirrors which reflect both the musician's movements and the surrounding audience, giving everyone a sense of "theater in the round." If you're looking for something to do on a special evening in the hill country you've come to the right place!
Restored historic ballroom. Intimate chamber music. Great music up close.
