2020-2021 CONCERTS
A Message from BPA Artistic Director Vickie Pautz:
Blanco Performing Arts presents season 11, “Silver Linings”, as a more casual group of shorter concerts, a respite for our collective souls. Music has the power to transport us to other worlds and to lift our spirits above the everyday tumult. A silver lining to this pandemic is that when we can have concerts together they are even more special!
There will be changes this year. Concerts will not last over an hour and will not include an intermission. Sadly, our social hour will be curtailed for now, but the beautiful music will continue! With the help of local experts and officials we are also working on policies and procedures to make attending our concerts as safe as possible. This may include limited audience size, socially distanced seating, mandatory facemasks, contactless ticketing, and digital programs instead of paper. For those unable to attend we are offering a donation-based streaming service for each concert.
We are so excited that the music continues. Be sure to check back in the month prior to scheduled events to purchase tickets, or subscribe below for updates in your inbox.
